Our Client, is a market leader in Financial markets, who provide a diverse range of products and services to individual investors, institutions and private businesses, require the services of a market orientated professional to join their team as a Client On boarding analyst.
This is the perfect opportunity for an individual with 1 to 3 years back office experience in wealth to join a great brand and cement themselves in a team and culture that prides themselves on the quality of their service to the clients and their focus on continual improvement.
Our client is keen to meet with candidates who are highly client focused, organised, high attention to detail, can work autonomously and in a proactive team environment, have a strong market and operational knowledge base across:
- Equity markets,
- Client on boarding and the setup of new accounts ,
- AML / KYC, FATCA verification checks,
- Reconciliations,
- Uploading static data to the system,
- Processing account closures and deceased estates,
- Liaising with various business units and external vendors,
- Adherence to all regulatory requirements,
- Projects and will also have cross training in other operational areas.
The role will require the successful candidate to respond to all incoming queries in a professional and timely manner, manage all client on boarding instructions and follow up on any outstanding issues with the client.
To be successful our client is ideally looking for applicants who have 2 to 3 years in back office operations in broking / wealth management, have strong verbal, written communication skills, intermediate to advanced skills on excel and word and the ability to build and maintain established relationships, have a keen interest in the Australian equities market and have a proactive and team focused mindset.
