Working with a global financial services firm. The ideal candidate will have an EA/PA or events background in financial services and be highly organised, possess a positive attitude and hold excellent stakeholder managements skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate logistics for research roadshows, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
- Organise twice-yearly results season, client meetings, and corporate roadshows.
- Support domestic and global conferences, liaising with international teams and managing speakers, venues, and logistics.
- Maintain corporate access calendars and handle event-related communications.
- Relevant experience in large corporates with financial services highly regarded.
- Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
