We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant & Office Manager to provide high-level support to our CEO and CRO while overseeing office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to the CEO and CRO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential correspondence
- Act as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Oversee office management, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Coordinate events, team meetings, and office supplies management
- Proven experience as an EA supporting senior executives
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business tools
- Office-based role – must be available to work onsite
